    The American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine (AUC) is actively seeking a dynamic, experience and creative Marketing Manager to join thier team.  Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for helping to plan and execute strategies and tactics that support AUC’s objectives. This includes working with the marketing and communications team in order to deliver on the marketing plans to raise brand awareness, set AUC apart from its competitors, assisting in creation of marketing materials and collateral for institution-wide needs. Will oversee day-to-day responsibilities as needed.


    • Helps deliver on tactics and strategies to deliver on marketing plan focusing on enrollment growth and brand awareness.
    • Works under the supervision of the Director of Marketing to advance creative through approval process.
    • Helps ensure consistent marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
    • Organizes and logs legal/compliance/regulatory approvals and substantiation requests and back- up.
    • Updates inventory database and assists in the maintenance of lists and calendars, or assets as needed.
    • Day-to-day budget maintenance: keeps updated log of expenses and charges to department.
    • Contributes new ideas to team including but not limited to creative ways to reach audience in different stages of the funnel and across different platforms as well as process improvements.
    • Completes other projects and duties as assigned.


    • A 4-year degree from an accredited university.
    • 5+ years of previous experience in a marketing role.
    • Strong, effective oral and written communication.
    • Experience with education sector and social platforms, preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve methods, approaches, and a personal commitment to continuous learning.
    • Flexibility in handling a wide range of assignments and ability to manage multiple projects under deadline.
    • Is capable of working independently and in a team environment.
    • Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
    • Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research.
    • Experience managing/supervising others a plus 
    • High degree of creativity and originality.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Ability to travel domestically/internationally approximately 10%
