    American University of the Caribbean (AUC) School of Medicine is acticvley recruiting for a dynamic professional to join thier team in a developing role as Operations Support Coordinator (OSC).  This is an entry level position and a good opportunity for a recent college graduate, one who is early in their professional careeer or for those looking to transfer their skills and develop professionally.


    The OSC provides support to University Operations, as well as Admissions and Registrar processes. OSCs ensure quality and excellent customer services in the following areas: 


    • Prepare, scan, index, and maintain electronic student files
    • Audit electronic files for completion and accuracy
    • Provide front-line support to Operations Management on information reporting and imaging issues
    • Support Operations Management by facilitating faculty surveys and distributing Online communications
    • Maintain and monitor departmental workflows
    • Support Operations Management by facilitating faculty surveys and distributing Online communications
    • Obtain new student documentation and create files
    • Ensure that newly received documents and forms are completed and processed accordingly
    • Provide administrative support for operations teams as needed
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Follow daily assignments and complete basic tasks to support department services.
    • Audit files for completion and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Responsible for meeting goals and department service levels.
    • Provide support for Operations and Admissions teams.
    • Abide to the AUC academic policy.
    • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.


    • Minimum of High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or pursuing degree strongly preferred
    • Interest in developing data analyst responsibilities desired
    • Three plus years previous office experience (preferably in an academic environment)
    • Experience in document imaging a plus
    • PC proficiency, Database Applications and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
    • Strong User of CRM systems preferred
    • Exposure to Systems Adminstration and/or Databas Management strongly prefered
    • Communicate effectively in a professional manner with internal and external clients.
    • Well organized with ability to multi-task.
    • Flexible and adaptable.
