The Director, Admissions Operations is responsible for providing leadership and supervision of all admissions operations functions for the United States territory. The Director develops proactive strategies to adjust to changing environments and trends in application processing, by identifying and executing process improvements and operational efficiencies. Coordinates with department managers to implement student enrollment strategies and manage resources in order to meet performance expectations. Provides leadership in the execution of the business plan, the control of the expenses and other managerial functions, as needed. Utilizes leadership skills to collaborate with various leaders across AUC as well as the admissions team and leads strategic planning, budgeting and process development for the admissions department, with the ability to effectively use data for analysis. Leads and manages the creation and administration of admissions policy in conjunction with the Admissions Committee.
